Kenneth Hagan is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office.
His practice focuses on initial public offerings, private placements, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance. Mr. Hagan has considerable experience advising start-up and emerging growth companies on finance, compliance, and corporate governance, having formerly served as director of finance at a New York-based start-up. He also regularly advises portfolio companies, public companies, and underwriters on their equity and debt securities offerings. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, he practiced at another major multinational law firm.
Mr. Hagan received his law degree from Columbia Law School in 2015, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Director of the Harlan Fiske Stone Moot Court Competition. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland in 2008. Mr. Hagan is both admitted to practice law and a certified public accountant in New York.
