Matthew Lind is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. His practice focuses on litigating patent, trade secret, and trademark cases in a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Lind clerked for the Honorable Hilda G. Tagle of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Mr. Lind received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in 2017, where he served as Managing Articles Editor of the Michigan Journal of Law Reform. He earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science and International Studies from Luther College in 2013. Mr. Lind is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
