Meka (Qingkai) Meng is a partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Beijing office. His practice focuses on cross-border acquisitions, onshore and offshore restructuring transactions, private equity fund formation and investment transactions, venture capital investments, and joint ventures.
Mr. Meng received an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School in 2011, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2005. He passed the bar examination in China in 2005, but does not hold a current practicing certificate.
