Peter Keffer is an associate in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings. Mr. Keffer’s practice focuses on the representation of private fund sponsors, managers, and investors in all aspects of the structuring, documenting, offering, negotiating, and operating of private investment funds, including real estate and private equity funds.

Mr. Keffer received his law degree, cum laude, from New York University School of Law in 2019, where he was a Robert McKay Scholar and served on the Senior Board of the N.Y.U. Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science and Philosophy from New York University College of Arts and Science in 2015. Mr. Keffer is admitted to practice law in New York.
