Rachel Harrison is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Ms. Harrison's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. She represents public and private companies in a variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, joint ventures, and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Harrison practiced law in Texas. She also served as a stagiaire in the cabinet of M. le juge Allan Rosas at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
Ms. Harrison received her B.A. in history from Duke University in 2006 and her J.D. from Southern Methodist University (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif) in 2010, where she served as President of the SMU Law Review Association.
