Dhwani Patel is an associate in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Dhwani has represented borrowers, leading institutional investors, commercial banks and other financial institutions as arrangers and lenders across a broad range of corporate finance transactions. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Dhwani practiced as a corporate associate at another international law firm.
