Dov Goodman is of counsel in the Corporate Departmentof Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Century City office. He represents banks, private credit lenders, asset managers and corporate borrowers across a broad range of financing transactions, including leveraged financings, asset-based lending, acquisition finance and special situations financings. Dov also advises clients on out-of-court restructurings, drawing on the same commercial, solutions-oriented approach he brings to new deal work.

Dov is known for finding nuanced, creative and practical solutions in complex transactions, and his commercial focus was highlighted in a client's comment to Chambers that he “is very thoughtful, diligent and creative in his approach to challenging situations.”
