Eden Lichaw is an associate in the Executive Compensation, Benefits and ERISA practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. She advises public and private companies and senior executives on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, with expertise in both public and private M&A, restructuring and private equity transactions. She helps clients structure, negotiate and implement employment, severance, change in control, deferred compensation, retention and equity-based incentive compensation arrangements. She also advises public companies regarding their compensation-related SEC disclosure obligations.
