Emily R. Pidot is Chair of the New York Office and Co-Vice Chair of the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings. Her practice is focused on defending employers in a broad array of employment matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower matters, executive-compensation disputes, and wage and hour class and collective actions. An experienced litigator, Ms. Pidot has successfully defended clients in numerous trials and arbitration hearings. She also regularly counsels clients on a variety of human resources policies and employee relations issues, and has extensive experience conducting and overseeing investigations into workplace disputes.
