Emily Schiller is an associate in the Global Finance practice and is based in the firm's New York office. 

Emily represents leading institutional investors, commercial banks and other financial institutions as arrangers and lenders in a variety of corporate finance transactions — including leveraged and acquisition financings, secured and unsecured lending arrangements, and debt restructurings. 

Emily earned her LL.M. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2024. She earned her law degree from Heidelberg University in Germany in 2021. Emily is admitted to practice law in New York.
