Overview
Erin Gormley is an associate in the Global Finance practice and is based in the firm's New York office.
Erin has represented leading institutional investors, commercial banks and other financial institutions as arrangers, lenders and borrowers across a variety of corporate finance transactions. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Erin practiced as an associate at another international law firm.
Erin received her law degree from Notre Dame Law School in 2023. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Villanova University in 2020. Erin is admitted to practice law in New York.
