Eugenie Hui focuses her practice on a variety of cross border real estate transactions, including real estate financing and refinancing, commercial and residential property investments and joint venture projects. She has experience in advising Chinese and international clients, and has acted for leading banks and financial institutions on the lending side, as well as for clients on the borrowing side on a variety of bilateral and syndicated secured financing transactions. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Hui practiced with another leading international law firm in Hong Kong.
