Faven Getahun is an associate in the Litigation Department at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on antitrust and competition. 

Faven received her law degree from Yale Law School in 2025. During law school, Faven was student director of the Media Freedom & Information Access Clinic and executive editor of Scholarship and Diversity Initiatives at the Yale Law & Policy Review. Faven previously earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Certificate in Documentary Studies from Duke University. 

Faven is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
