Overview

Gabriel Khoury is an associate at Paul Hastings, specializing in regulatory enforcement, including government investigations by the DOJ, SEC, state agencies and international agencies, as well as internal investigations conducted by corporations. He is a member of the firm's Fintech and Payments Group, where he offers regulatory guidance to companies in the digital asset, blockchain and AI sectors. In addition to his regulatory work, Gabe maintains an active pro bono immigration practice.

While in law school, Gabe served as an editor for the Georgetown Technology Law Review and worked as a student attorney in the Communications & Technology Law Clinic, where he contributed to an FTC investigation. He also interned with the SEC's Crypto Assets and Cyber Unit, where he gained valuable experience in investigations. His experience further extends to the Enforcement Bureau of the FCC, where he worked on government investigations. Prior to law school, Gabe worked as an investigator at several private organizations.

Gabe is a member of the Georgetown Law Recent Alumni Advisory Council and is a native Arabic speaker.
