Gabriel Khoury is a corporate associate in the Fintech and Payments practice at Paul Hastings, focused on digital asset and blockchain-related matters. Mr. Khoury guides financial technology companies through the complex regulatory landscape presented by cryptocurrency and other blockchain-related technologies. He advises on corporate-related matters, money transmission, artificial intelligence, Esports, and online gambling-related legal issues. Mr. Khoury also maintains an active immigration pro bono practice.
Mr. Khoury obtained his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center where he served as an editor on the Georgetown Technology Law Review and was a student attorney in the Communications & Technology Law Clinic. He interned in the Crypto Assets and Cyber Unit at the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Enforcement Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission, at a video game law firm, and at an intellectual property litigation boutique.
