
Overview
Gabriel Khoury is an associate in the Fintech and Payments practice at Paul Hastings, with a focus in digital asset and blockchain related matters. Mr. Khoury guides financial technology companies through the complex regulatory landscape presented by cryptocurrency and other blockchain-related technologies. Mr. Khoury also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Khoury was the lead associate of the Blockchain and Fintech team at an Am Law 100 law firm. Additionally, Mr. Khoury obtained certifications in NFT and Metaverse technologies from the Blockchain Council.
Mr. Khoury obtained his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center where he served as an editor on the Georgetown Technology Law Review and was a student attorney in the Communications & Technology Law Clinic. He interned in the Crypto Assets and Cyber Unit at the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Enforcement Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission, at a video game law firm, and at an intellectual property litigation boutique.
