Gabriella Pan is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

Ms. Pan represented various private equity firms, including Cohere Capital Partners, Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company, CDH Investments, Cortec Group, DW Healthcare Partners, H.I.G. Capital, May River Capital, Pfingsten Partners, Wynnchurch Capital and their respective portfolio companies, in connection with acquisitions financings, dividend recapitalizations, and other finance transactions. Ms. Pan also represented various investment funds, including CA Ventures, Primary Wave Music Publishing, Star Asia Group, Sterling Organization and WP Global Partners, in connection with subscription credit facilities and other finance transactions.

Ms. Pan received her law degree from Northwestern University School of Law in 2015, where she participated in Entrepreneurship Law Clinic and Immigration Clinic. In 2015, she earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management with a major in Accounting. Ms. Pan received a Bachelor of Economics degree from University of International Business and Economics in 2003.

Prior to law school, Ms. Pan was an Investment Management Director at a Chinese media company where she focused on business strategy, equity and debt financing with U.S. investors, acquisitions of several local media companies and corporate governance. Ms. Pan is a native Mandarin speaker and is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
