Graham Rotenberg is an associate in the Asset-Based Finance practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the New York office. Rotenberg advises asset managers, sponsors, issuers, investors, lenders, underwriters, placement agents, collateral managers and advisors in all aspects of asset-backed financing transactions. He has experience in the acquisition, sale and financing of a wide range of asset types, both in the U.S. and abroad, including secured and unsecured consumer loans, diamond inventory, commercial loans, trade receivables, oil and natural gas assets, and manufactured home loans.
