Overview
Hank Wu is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office.
Hank advises public and private companies, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and investors on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, acquisition financings, minority investments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.
Hank received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Duke Law Journal and the Duke Law & Technology Review. He earned his B.S. in Biology, with a minor in Entrepreneurship, from Northeastern University.
Hank is admitted to practice law in New York.
