Harrison Margolin is an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. Mr. Margolin represents clients in the technology industry in both U.S. and cross-border transactions, with a focus on strategic mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Margolin graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. Prior to this, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Margolin is admitted to practice in the state of California.
