
Overview
Harry Meek is an associate in the Employee Benefits and Incentives practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. Harry advises on the strategy, design, implementation and compliance of U.K. and global employee incentive arrangements, including long-term incentive plans, all-employee share plans, HRMC tax-advantaged plans, management incentive plans, and growth share and joint ownership plans. He is also an expert in all aspects of U.K. and EU financial services remuneration regulatory regimes and their application to multinational and cross-border institutions.
Having trained at and qualified into a leading Employment and Incentives team of a Magic Circle firm in London, Harry has also worked in-house at an overseas headquartered global financial services group prior to joining Paul Hastings.
