• Advising EQT Infrastructure in connection with its acquisition of the Maltese telecommunications operator Melita*
• Advising a consortium of lenders in relation to the refinancing of Infrareal's debt facilities*
• Advising lenders on the refinancing of Leeds Bradford Airport*
• Acting for a syndicate of Scandivanian banks on a sustainability linked loan to Kemira Oyj*
