
Overview
Henry S. Finkelstein is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on internal and government investigations related to potential violations of the federal anti-kickback statute, healthcare fraud, the Food Drug & Cosmetic Act, HIPAA, and the False Claims Act, with an emphasis on the life sciences and healthcare industry.
Mr. Finkelstein received his law degree from The George Washington University Law School in 2021, with Honors. During law school, he served as a published member of The George Washington International Law Review and won the 14th Annual Emory Law Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Competition. In addition, Mr. Finkelstein interned for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics and Chinese from Bates College.
Mr. Finkelstein is admitted to practice law in New York.
