Overview
Hervé Irankunda is an associate in the Corporate Department at Paul Hastings, based in the firm’s London office. Hervé specialises in a broad range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), joint ventures, private equity, corporate governance matters and other complex corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Hervé gained significant experience in the corporate practice of a prominent international law firm in London, as well as a leading U.S. firm in the United Arab Emirates.
