Ida Töyrä is an associate in the Leveraged Finance practice of the Corporate Department and is based in the firm’s London office. Ida has advised various financial institutions and sponsors on a broad range of debt capital structures, including unitranche loans, HoldCo PIK financings, senior/super senior loans and note purchases for the purposes of acquisitions and LBOs, P2Ps and repricings and refinancings, amongst other things. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ida worked in Sweden for a Magic Circle law firm, in which they qualified, before moving to their London office.
