Jaime Monte is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

Mr. Monte’s practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions for public and private companies. He also assists clients with general corporate and corporate governance matters.

Mr. Monte received his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2019. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2016.

Mr. Monte is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Missouri.
