Overview

James O’Toole is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on representing corporate and individual clients in complex litigation throughout the United States. He has drafted pleadings and dispositive motions, second-chaired numerous depositions and witness examinations, and managed all phases of discovery in federal and state courts nationwide. He also has extensive arbitration experience, including filing arbitration demands, compelling arbitration and enforcing arbitration awards in federal and state courts.
