James Shea is of counsel in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on capital markets, securities and mergers, and acquisitions. Mr. Shea has a broad-based domestic and international corporate practice, advising on equity and debt capital markets and mergers and acquisitions, as well as advising public companies on regulatory requirements and corporate governance and compliance issues. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Shea practiced at a multinational firm in New York and Sydney.
