Jason McCoy is of counsel in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Atlanta office.
His practice focuses on a wide variety of real estate transactions, including real-estate based financing, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and loan restructures and workouts. Mr. McCoy's representative clients include public companies, institutional investors, and developers.
Mr. McCoy received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, magna cum laude, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif and the Blue Key Honor Society, and where he served as Senior Articles Editor on the Executive Board of the Georgia Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McCoy served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lisa Godbey Wood, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. Mr. McCoy is admitted to practice law in Georgia.
