Jennica Wragg is an associate in the Litigation practice and is based in the firm’s Century City office.
Ms. Wragg focuses her litigation practice on complex commercial litigation, with a particular concentration in the area of media and entertainment litigation.
Ms. Wragg represents public and private companies, including major studios such as NBCUniversal and Warner Bros. Discovery, and individuals across a variety of matters including those involving copyright and trademark, breach of contract, first amendment, and aspects of employment law such as discrimination and retaliation. Her practice additionally focuses on sensitive investigations involving executives and talent.
Ms. Wragg serves on the Pro Bono Committee for the Century City office.
Ms. Wragg received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (cum laude), in 2019. As a law student, she served as a Littleton Fellow and was a Senior Editor on the Journal of Constitutional Law. Ms. Wragg also served as the Co-Executive Vice President of Entertainment of the Penn Law Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and participated in the Child Advocacy and Support Assistance Clinic. She received an award for exceptional pro bono service after completing over 200 pro bono hours in law school. Ms. Wragg received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Critical Studies and Communication from the University of Southern California, where she graduated magna cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Wragg’s Honors Thesis, analyzing the effect of perceived risk on piracy behavior with respect to film and media content, was selected as a Discovery Scholar prize finalist.
