Overview
Jeremy McNeil is an associate in the Litigation practice and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on investigations and complex civil litigation.
Jeremy has represented individuals, corporations, companies, and professional sports teams in state and federal investigations and proceedings involving allegations of securities fraud, insider trading, violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants.
Jeremy received his law degree from Howard University School of Law in 2023, where he served as a teaching assistant for Property and worked in the Reentry Clinic. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from York College of Pennsylvania in 2018. Jeremy is admitted to practice law in Maryland and is awaiting admission into the D.C. Bar.
