Jeremy Steed is an associate in the Investigations and White Collar Defense practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. His practice is focused on white-collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, and complex civil litigation.
Mr. Steed primarily represents individuals and corporations in investigations and enforcement matters brought by the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Attorneys' Offices, Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Department of Treasury, and other federal and state investigative agencies related to allegations of complex financial fraud and violations of U.S. sanctions law and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Mr. Steed received his law degree from The George Washington University Law School (with Honors), where he served as Notes Editor for The George Washington Law Review. Mr. Steed earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in both History and Government from Colby College.
Mr. Steed is admitted to practice law in Maryland, Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.
