Jesse Suh is an associate in the Litigation practice and is based in the firm's Washington, DC office. His practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, and complex civil litigation.
Mr. Suh has represented corporations in investigations and enforcement actions involving allegations of violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), export controls, and financial fraud.
Mr. Suh received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2018, where he graduated cum laude. During his time in law school, he served as Executive Editor on the Georgetown Law Journal's Annual Review of Criminal Procedure and was a member of the Civil Rights Clinic. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from Northwestern University in 2015. Mr. Suh is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
