John Darien Pierce is an associate in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on structuring and organizing investment funds, including direct lending, private debt and credit funds, private equity funds, hedge funds and fund-of-funds.

John received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law where he was an editor of the Virginia Law and Business Review. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Colorado. John is admitted to practice law in California.
