Overview
Joseph Graziano is an associate in the Litigation Department and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on complex litigation and appeals. He has experience in federal appeals, Ohio Supreme Court practice and state writ pleading.
Before joining the firm, Joseph served the Supreme Court of Ohio as a master commissioner, where he specialized in evaluating and advising the court on the proper resolution of complaints seeking extraordinary writs of mandamus, prohibition, habeas corpus, procedendo and quo warrento.
He previously was a law clerk for the Honorable Stephanos Bibas of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
