Joshua Rebollozo is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on securities and capital markets and advising public companies on SEC reporting and corporate governance matters.

Joshua received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2025, while working as an assistant director in the Federal Election Commission’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Office. While at Georgetown University Law Center, Joshua served as a managing editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude) in Political Economy from The College of Idaho in 2015. Joshua is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
