James (JP) Maniscalco is an associate in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Orange County office. His practice focuses on commercial and corporate finance transactions, as well as general corporate matters.

JP received his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2025, where he served as an editor for the Interdisciplinary Law Journal. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics with honors from New York University in 2022, where he also competed for NYU's baseball team. JP is admitted to practice law in California.
