Katherine Daniel is an associate in the Litigation Practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on life sciences intellectual property litigation.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Daniel was an associate at an intellectual property boutique law firm. She has experience litigating patents for pharmaceutical products and has also assisted in the protection and maximization of intellectual property assets prior to litigation.

Ms. Daniel received her law degree from Rutgers Law School in 2016. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern in the Chambers of the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey, and was the Associate Managing Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review. She earned a degree in Biology from Boston College in 2013. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
