Katherine Warshauer is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on representing both public and private companies in a variety of capital markets transactions including IPOs, follow-on offerings, investment-grade debt offerings and PIPE financings.

In addition, Katie advises clients in connection with transactions and general securities matters, including '34 Act reporting and corporate governance advisory work across a range of industries including biotech, mining, tech and retail.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Katie was an associate in the New York office of another international law firm.
