Kimberly Franssen is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and financing transactions for public and private companies. Ms. Franssen also assists clients with general corporate and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, she gained significant experience as a Compliance Officer for businesses that transacted and otherwise participated in the swaps, futures, options, and forex markets.

Ms. Franssen received her law degree from the DePaul University College of Law, summa cum laude and Order of the Coif. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Michigan State University. Ms. Franssen is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
