Kimberly Henricks is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Chicago office. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.
Ms. Henricks received her law degree from Northwestern University's Pritzker School of Law, cum laude, where she served as Managing Editor of Northwestern Law's Journal of Law and Social Policy and practiced in the Bluhm Legal Clinic's Center on Wrongful Convictions of Youth. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a double major in Marketing and Supply Chain Management. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Henricks worked for a large healthcare software company implementing electronic medical record solutions in hospitals across the country. Ms. Henricks is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
