Kristine Baffo is an associate in Paul Hastings’ Global Finance practice and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on the representation of public and private financial institutions across a variety of domestic and international lending and financing transactions. She advises clients on high-yield bond offerings, syndicated and asset-backed lending, tender offers, fund finance, refinancings, project finance and a wide range of acquisition and leverage buyouts. Kristine's work spans multiple industries, including technology, life sciences and healthcare, automotive, hospitality and leisure, energy and infrastructure, and retail.
