Overview
Laura Coz is an associate in the Financial Restructuring group of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Ms. Coz specializes in financial and operational restructuring in the context of insolvency and amicable proceedings and in related litigation.
She works alongside companies (SMEs or large companies) and their shareholders or creditors, both French and foreign, as well as investors in the restructuring and takeover of companies in difficulty.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Coz worked for a firm of insolvency administrators and worked in a number of internships at several leading French and international law firms.
