
Overview
Lauren Winter is an associate in the Finance and Leveraged Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's London office.
Ms. Winter's practice focuses on UK and cross-border leveraged and acquisition finance, general corporate finance, and restructuring. She has experience acting for creditors and borrowers on a wide range of debt capital structures, including European super senior revolving credit facility and high yield bond financings, cov-lite and cov-loose financings, first and second lien loan financings, unitranche financings, and repricing transactions.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Winter worked in the leveraged and general corporate finance department of an international law firm.
