
Overview
Lena (Do Yon) Kwon is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on advising lenders, administrative agents and other financial institutions in connection with infrastructure and energy financings, with a particular emphasis on digital infrastructure and data center transactions. She also has experience representing lenders and underwriters in structured credit and collateralized loan obligation transactions and regularly engages in immigration pro bono matters.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Lena worked in asset management and is a CFA charter holder.
Lena received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as executive editor of the Journal of International Law. She earned an M.S. in Operations Research and a B.S. in Financial Engineering, both from Columbia University.
Lena is admitted to practice law in New York.
