Liam Faught is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. He is a member of the Finance and Restructuring practice group.
Mr. Faught represents commercial and investment banks and alternative lenders in a variety of lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cash-flow facilities, asset-based lending facilities, syndicated facilities, and subordinated debt facilities. Mr. Faught also maintains a pro bono practice focusing on immigration and refugee claims, civil and voting rights, and legal research on behalf of NGOs.
Mr. Faught received his J.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies from Queen's University. Mr. Faught is admitted to practice law in New York.
