Maggie Chou is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s San Francisco office. Ms. Chou’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters for public and private companies.

Ms. Chou earned her J.D. summa cum laude from the University of California, Irvine School of law, and received her B.S. from Cornell University in Industrial and Labor Relations with minors in Economics and French Studies. While in law school, Ms. Chou served as an associate editor for the UC Irvine Law Review and worked for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Ms. Chou received pro bono honors for providing over 180 hours of pro bono legal services relating to immigrant rights and bankruptcy relief for low-income individuals.
