Maria Korchik is an associate in the London office of Paul Hastings. Maria’s practice focuses on structured finance and securitisation transactions, with a particular focus on collateralised loan obligations (CLOs). Maria represents arranger banks, investment managers, issuers, lenders and financial institutions in a broad range of capital markets transactions, including warehouse financing, CLO new issuances and resets, retention financing and finance-linked hedging arrangements. Maria has recently advised clients such as Citi, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley.
