Overview
Mark Zerdin is a London-based partner in Paul Hastings’ M&A practice.
Mark advises on a wide range of transactions for sports teams, sporting regulatory bodies, corporates, private equity clients and family offices. His principal areas of work are public takeovers, private acquisitions and disposals, private equity investment and joint ventures. He also has extensive experience of internal investigations and whistleblowing matters.
