Overview
Matthew Snyder is of counsel in the Boston office of Paul Hastings.
Matthew represents emerging growth and established companies across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on complex technology transactions, artificial intelligence and machine learning, SaaS and other "as a service" offerings.
Matthew regularly advises clients with respect to complex acquisitions, licensing and development arrangements within the technology space, including:
- Datacenter and artificial intelligence computing arrangements.
- Technology and intellectual property acquisitions.
- Strategic alliances and joint ventures.
- Intellectual property licensing.
- Information technology and business process outsourcing.
- Development, manufacturing, supply and commercialization engagements.
Prior to joining the firm, Matthew worked for international law firms in Boston, Toronto, Canada and a Fortune 500 aviation company.

- Voyager Space on a joint venture to design, build and operate the Starlab commercial space station.
- AAR in the acquisition of Triumph Group's product support business.
- Astera Institute on its investment in Imbue, an emerging Al company.
- An Al computing company on the establishment of its Al compute business.
- A major transportation company in the procurement and implementation of a computer-aided dispatch and vehicle location system.
