Ms. Garcia represents public and private companies in a wide range of capital markets transactions across various industries, including telecommunications, defense and aerospace, entertainment, retail, life sciences and technology. These transactions include public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, tender and exchange offers, and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Ms. Garcia counsels clients on SEC reporting and compliance obligations, as well as other corporate governance and securities law matters.
