Ms Gordon is a senior associate in our insolvency and restructuring team. She has acted for creditors, insolvency practitioners, debtors, directors and shareholders. Ms Gordon has expertise in both domestic and multi-jurisdictional corporate matters including contentious enforcements, formal insolvencies and restructurings.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings LLP, Ms Gordon was a senior associate at another US firm.
